Your New Role:

As a Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on creating high-performance systems that deliver comfort and value to our customers. You’ll meet homeowners, assess their heating, cooling, generator, and IAQ needs, and design the perfect solution. It’s not just about closing deals, it’s about building trust and delivering results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Create an exceptional customer experience on every call

  • Follow up on all leads: technician, marketing, and self-generated

  • Educate homeowners on system options using our proven Sales System

  • Recommend total system solutions that meet comfort and budget goals

  • Conduct in-home evaluations: comfort surveys, engineering analysis, load calculations

  • Write and present winning proposals

  • Overcome objections, negotiate value, and close the sale

  • Complete paperwork and financing accurately and on time

  • Hit sales metrics and performance benchmarks

  • Stay accessible by phone (excluding scheduled time off)

  • Join company training sessions and represent the brand in the community

  • Wear provided professional attire and follow all safety guidelines

  • Support company values and complete other duties as assigned

Location: Little Rock, AR (servicing Hot Springs and Pine Bluff)

Job requirements

  • 3+ years of proven sales experience (industry preferred)

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred

  • Deep understanding of HVAC, IAQ, and generator systems

  • Experience with service agreement sales and estimating

  • Confident communicator with great interpersonal skills

  • Strong negotiating and closing abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)

  • Team-oriented mindset and customer-first attitude

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Able to bend, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally

  • Mobile and available to attend team meetings regularly

  • Visual acuity and effective written and verbal communication required

  • Committed to confidentiality, professional development, and occasional extended hours as needed
