Your New Role
As VP of Finance, you’re not just managing the books—you’re building the blueprint. This is a full-time, high-impact leadership role located in Little Rock, AR, reporting directly to the President.
Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
Strategic & Operational Finance
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
Build data dashboards and financial models that guide executive decisions
Deliver insights that drive contract negotiations and business growth
Accounting & Financial Operations
Oversee all accounting functions—AP/AR, payroll, tax prep, banking
Ensure timely and accurate GAAP-compliant financial reporting
Manage internal finance staff and external partners
Mergers & Acquisitions
Run point on financial due diligence and post-acquisition integration
Align reporting and ensure seamless financial consolidation
People & Process Leadership
Oversee HR-related financial functions including compensation strategy and benefits
Improve business processes across departments with data-backed efficiency tools
Lead company-wide reporting and analytics infrastructure

Job requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA or MBA strongly preferred)
Experience: 5+ years in a senior finance or accounting leadership role
Technical Skills:
Deep knowledge of GAAP, budgeting, and financial reporting
Advanced Excel and familiarity with ERP systems like QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, or Sage
Experience with financial modeling and data visualization tools is a plus
Leadership Experience:
Proven success managing cross-functional teams
Track record in systems implementation and process improvements
Experience in construction, service, or skilled trades industries is a major advantage
